Shipping & Terms

Shipping will be calculated at checkout based on your ship-to location. Standard shipping is via USPS. The estimated delivery time will be approximately 7 - 10 business days from the time of order. Express shipping when available is via UPS. The estimated delivery time will be approximately 3 - 6 business days from the time of order. Please choose your shipping method at checkout.

Returns, Exchanges and Refund Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction and we will gladly refund any unopened products or replace any defective items within 30 days of your product's shipping date. This date is available on your invoice receipt.

Changed Your Mind

Product's Healthy Natural Systems line of products has worked for so many people; we want you to try it absolutely risk-free. Just try any one of the Healthy Natural Systems products for a full 30 days (from date of purchase). If you're not totally satisfied with the results, simply return the bottle's for a complete refund of the purchase price. You have nothing to lose but your weight!

Shipping Errors

We stand by the high quality of our service. If you receive an order in which an error has been made, you must notify the Customer Service Department at 1-888-547-8446 or support@healthynaturalsystems.com within five working days.

Damaged Shipments

In the event that a damaged shipment is received, please follow these steps:

1. Accept the delivery
2. Document on the delivery receipt the number and description of damaged boxes.
3. Save the damaged products and boxes.
4. Contact the Customer Service Department at 1-888-547-8446

Methods of Refunds for Credit Cards

We can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

For Personal Checks and Money Orders

Customer will be issued a check by postal mail. Please allow 2-4 weeks for receipt.
